Maya is amazing! She did a great job on my poor butchered nails. Before I went to Loyal, I went to another place nearby on Clark (not named here) I had a dip mani on and went for a removal, the “nail tech” proceeded to rip off my dip, not soak and buff off. It was extremely painful. My own fault that I didn’t say anything. But the damage was done. My nails haven’t been the same, they all broke and the nailbed ruined. I explained my situation to Maya, and she was in literal shock! She was so gentle and considerate while taking care of my hands and I am so grateful. Maya and Loyal nails will be my new neighborhood go to. If she will take me back 😉 Thank You Maya!
